The William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center exemplifies the IAM’s unwavering dedication to membership training. The Center’s curriculum is meticulously designed, offering a comprehensive suite of programs encompassing lodge administration, organizing, collective bargaining, communications, and arbitration. Participants acquire essential skills to adeptly navigate an evolving workplace, effectively advocate for their colleagues, and confront unjust employers and corporate practices. They return to their Districts and Locals equipped to assume leadership roles.
